To keep your shopping experience simple and transparent, we offer free standard shipping on all orders (the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay).

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Fast Dispatch: Orders are processed and handed off to our logistics partners within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Timelines & Manufacturer Notice

Because we partner directly with specialized manufacturers to bring you curated items at competitive prices, shipping times depend on warehouse location and item availability:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most items arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. However, please note that for certain specialty items or high-demand products, shipping times may take longer.

  • Potential Delays: While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, actual transit times are managed by our logistics and manufacturing partners. Occasional delays due to factory production holds, customs clearance, or peak carrier volumes are out of our direct control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update in the carrier’s system. You can track your order directly on our website using our tracking portal or via the link sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different manufacturing facilities. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers at no additional cost to you.
